International project consortium meeting

BADE Institute joins Erasmus+ and Horizon consortia as the partner responsible for research design, evaluation and impact measurement.

Most consortia can find partners to deliver training. Fewer can find a partner who will design the evaluation framework, build and validate the measurement instruments, run the statistical analysis and turn the results into a publishable scientific output. That is the work package we take.

What We Contribute to a Consortium

Evaluation design and impact measurement

Pre-test, post-test and delayed follow-up designs; control and comparison strategies; structured reflection and feedback instruments; focus-group and interview protocols. We build the framework so that impact claims in the final report are defensible rather than anecdotal.

Instrument development and cultural adaptation

Scale development, translation and cross-cultural adaptation, reliability and validity testing, measurement invariance across countries — essential when a consortium must compare results across national pilots.

Advanced data analysis

Structural equation modelling (SEM), longitudinal and growth models, dyadic analysis (APIM), mediation and moderation, psychometrics, mixed-methods integration. Delivered as a complete evaluation report, not raw output.

Scientific dissemination and publication

We publish, and we are a publisher. Where a consortium wants a peer-reviewed article as a project result, we can carry it from design through to submission.

Thematic expertise

Psychological well-being, psychosocial resilience, life-skills education, mindfulness-based approaches, adult learning, non-clinical psychosocial interventions, and the psychological dimensions of climate-related challenges.

Why the Evaluation Work Package?

It is the package most consortia struggle to staff. Delivering training is straightforward; proving that the training changed something is not. A weak evaluation design is the most common reason a good project produces a weak final report.

We design the measurement before the pilot runs, not after — which is the only point at which a defensible pre/post comparison can still be built.

Programmes We Work In

  • Erasmus+ KA210 — Small-scale partnerships
  • Erasmus+ KA220 — Cooperation partnerships
  • Erasmus+ Sport — Small collaborative partnerships
  • Horizon Europe — Research and innovation actions

We join as a partner. We do not act as coordinator — we bring capacity to your work plan without competing for the coordination role.

Current project — ECOSMIND

Eco-Cabin: Sustainable Minds & Green Wings

ProgrammeErasmus+ KA210-VET
Project number2026-1-DE02-KA210-VET-000465892
CoordinatorFusionLearnX (Gökhan Demirdöken), Bremen, Germany

Duration1 September 2026 – 29 February 2028 (18 months)
BADE roleWell-being and psychosocial resilience module lead; evaluation framework lead

ECOSMIND develops an open educational toolkit integrating sustainability and psychosocial resilience into aviation vocational education and training, addressing emotional labour, irregular working patterns and the occupational demands of cabin-crew work.

Our work package: literature synthesis and competence mapping; conceptual framework and measurable learning outcomes; module content; the full evaluation instrument set (pre-test, post-test, delayed follow-up, structured reflection, focus-group guide, informed-consent text); pilot data-collection and pseudonymisation protocol; quantitative and qualitative analysis; the final Evaluation Report; and contribution to the intended SSCI-indexed publication.

The final toolkit will be released under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0.

Erasmus+ Sport small-scale collaborative partnership applications are currently under assessment.
