BADE Institute works across psychological counselling, academic training, data analysis, project partnership and scientific publishing, supporting the development of individuals, families, researchers and institutions.
What sets us apart is that we produce the methods we deliver. The approaches we use in counselling, the analytical techniques we teach in our courses and the evaluation frameworks we build into projects are all subjects our team publishes on in international journals. We do not simply consume science as a resource — we are inside the process that produces it.
Our team of specialist counsellors, academics and trainers works from an approach that is tailored to each client and participant, grounded in scientific evidence and bound by professional ethics.

Prof. Dr. Seydi Ahmet Satıcı
Co-founder · Director
He completed his bachelor’s, master’s, doctoral, associate professorship and full professorship entirely in the field of Guidance and Psychological Counselling, and continues his academic career at Yıldız Technical University.

How We Work
Evidence-based
Every method we apply rests on a foundation whose effectiveness has been tested in the literature. We tell you which method was chosen and why.
Measurable
We measure progress rather than estimate it. In counselling and in projects alike, we start with standard measurement instruments and evaluate with data.
Ethical and confidential
Session content is confidential. Personal data is processed under Turkish data-protection law (KVKK); health data is stored only with explicit consent and only within Türkiye.
Transparent
Process, duration and scope are agreed in writing from the outset. Where a request falls outside our expertise we say so plainly and refer you on.
Accessible
All of our journals are diamond open access. We believe access to scientific knowledge should not depend on ability to pay.
Sustainable collaboration
We aim to build long-term academic and institutional partnerships rather than one-off engagements.
