Personal Development
Evidence-based workshops led by specialists in psychology and psychological counselling.
The personal development field is full of claims with nothing behind them. Every method in our workshops rests on a foundation whose effectiveness has been tested in the literature — and we tell you which method was chosen and why.
Workshops are run hands-on, in small groups. The aim is not to transfer information but for participants to leave with a concrete skill they can apply. Every workshop comes with worksheets and a practice plan to take away.
Our Main Workshops
Stress and Anxiety Management
How the stress response works in the body, how the avoidance cycle is built, and the practices that break it. Breathing and relaxation work, an anxiety diary, and the logic of graded exposure.
Enquire →Emotion Regulation and Resilience
Managing difficult emotions without either suppressing them or being swept along by them. Recognising emotion, regulation strategies, self-compassion, and what strengthens recovery after adversity.
Enquire →Effective Communication and Boundaries
Expressing yourself without damaging the relationship. Assertive communication, being able to say no, giving and receiving feedback, and handling difficult conversations.
Enquire →Time Management and Procrastination
A workshop that starts from the point that procrastination is usually an emotion-regulation problem rather than a time problem, and works with behavioural strategies.
Enquire →Exam Anxiety and Effective Study Skills
For students and parents. The inverted-U curve, keeping anxiety in the range that does not disrupt performance, and evidence-based study methods such as spaced repetition and retrieval practice.
Enquire →Parenting Workshop: Boundaries and Communication
Setting boundaries with children and adolescents, managing conflict without escalating it, and hearing the emotion rather than only the behaviour. Content adapted by developmental stage.
